RLDatix and the Learning from Patient Safety Events Service (LFPSE, formerly PSIMS): The Next Steps

RLDatix have been working inline with the Learn from Patient Safety Events Service (LFPSE, formerly called PSIMS) rollout timeline to ensure that all our customers are able to report to the appropriate reporting system. This webinar will offer an update on how RLDatix are working to ensure all customer organisations, no matter which system they are using, are equipped for the move to the new LFPSE system.

Some of the key takeaways from the session will include:

  • Updates on the DCIQ pilot project currently in progress
  • Next steps for the DatixWeb pilot including timelines
  • The steps RLDatix are taking to ensure a smooth transition to LFPSE for all healthcare organisations 


Paul Tarling

Paul Tarling has worked for RLDatix for 11 years and now oversees the RLDatix implementation, on-going services and support teams. Paul has managed many large-scale implementations of RLDatix software during his time with the business. Highlights include a state-wide deployment in South Australia, conversion of 150 academic medical centres across North America and more recently, overseeing a national implementation for Bupa. Paul now works as Director of Product Management for all regions outside of North America, working to bring his wealth of operational experience into the RLDatix product suite.

Account Manager 

As an Account Manager at RLDatix for the last two years, Stacey is focused on ensuring that you are supported and are getting the most out of your system, allowing you to focus on your core responsibilities, implementing quality improvements and prioritising patient safety.
